Tenerife is the largest island in the Canary Island group. Like the other Canary islands – the island has a volcanic nature. In the center of the island rises the Teide volcano (height 3718 m above sea level, the highest point in Spain).

Formed by volcanic activity ridge divides Tenerife into two parts – north and south, where the climate varies considerably. North of the mountain range the climate is much cooler and moist, and to the south – dry and sunny.

Tenerife is known as the “Island of Eternal Spring» (Isla de la Eterna Primavera). The island, located at the latitude of the Sahara Desert, has a year-round warm climate. The temperature ranges from 20 ° -26 ° C in winter and 23 ° -29 ° C in the summer.

Diving in Tenerife is unique. Volcanic bottom around Tenerife, pirate history of the island and the rich underwater flora and fauna makes diving here is very exciting. Another advantage of diving in Tenerife – safety in the coastal waters are no dangerous predators.

Diving in Tenerife makes it possible to enjoy the extraordinary underwater scenery – caves, cliffs, caves.
